Last week, to mark International Women's Day London's BFI Cinema staged a gala screening of Bombshell: The Hedy Lamarr Story.

Our very own Raife Burchell teamed up with Karl Westman to Music Supervise this remarkable documentary, which focuses on Lamarr, who was not only one of the most famous and glamorous Hollywood movie stars of her time, but was also the secret inventorof the technology which was a precursor to Wifi, Bluetooth and GPS communications.

A Q&A followed the screening with the director, Alexandra Dean, and exec-producer, Susan Sarandon.
