We were super excited to be able to DJ the boohoo.com bloggers event at Protein on Friday night. With a seemingly never-ending supply of retro candy, cocktails and pizza, not to mention fab clothes and great company. Thanks to everyone at Our Assembly! PR for getting us involved and a massive thanks for having us, boohoo, we had a ball.

Dirty Soup is the official music sponsor for the Great Guns and LBBOnline’s ‘Rams World Tour’ - an 8 day whirlwind series of events taking place in L.A, New York, Amsterdam and London.
The events will bring together filmmakers, gamers and digital content providers in Bollywood meets Hollywood style, with acclaimed commercials director Ram Madhvani and one of the UK’s hottest stand-up comedians Jeff Leach, taking on the roles as featured speakers at all four events.
We lined up LA based indie trio The Happy Hollows to open the tour with a fantastic 30 minute live set. The next day the band were joined on a speaking panel by their manager, industry expert Steve Nice, to talk on digital possibilities for the music industry.
Attendees at all the events will be treated to a Dirty Soup mix of Bollywood classics, Bhangra, Desi and crossover tunes, while they party the night away.
We’d like to say a massive thank you to Colette Crespin, who heads up Tangerine P.R for arranging the whole tour for Great Guns. We’ve loved being involved. It’s been a lot of fun.

Dirty Soup has just teamed up with Soho House for its first Monday night music session.
Thanks to Cold Specks – who, if the gape-faced audience was anything to go by, blew everyone away, and Faith SFX, who nonchalantly demolished a cheeseburger and a Courvoisier, then proceeded to explode the entire room’s collective brain.
Afterward, Paloma Faith joined Soph to DJ for the rest of the evening, with a complex monitoring setup that involved a red patent leather pump.
Thanks to everyone at Soho House for looking after us, and a massive thanks to everyone who came along on the night. We hope you had as much fun as we did.
We’ll be back for more sessions soon so stay tuned!

Dirty Soup has teamed up with Rattling Stuff and Colour TV to produce the first in a series of music sessions for GQ.com and the GQ iPad app edition.
This first session features American singer-songwriter John Grant, and was filmed at Gibson Guitar Studios in London.
Conceived as the musical equivalent of the ‘chef’s table’, John spoke to GQ about the writing process behind his acclaimed debut album ‘Queen Of Denmark’, and the emotional heartache behind ‘Vietnam’, the new and exclusive track he performed for the session.

GQ Sessions are directed by Cassidy Burcher, produced by Genevieve Stevens, with Raife, Ringan Ledwidge and Jay Pond-Jones as executive producers.
You can watch the full session by downloading the GQ UK iPad app.
